Job description
Key Responsibilites / Accountabilities :
- Coordinate with IT teams the choice and the deployment of the long term solutions for IT Inventory tools
- Collect business needs from our internal customers (RSC, CSM, OTC, Finance, Presales, Sales, )
- Collect business needs from the digital tools taking data feed from Federated Inventory
- Manage the needs identified perform demand management activity along with feasibility studies.
- Control and ensure that each new User story is properly qualified, reflects a specific need that is not already covered, and is commonly applicable for all CBUs or customer group.
- Organize and animate User storie(s) validation meeting (DAB) with Process Owner, requesters and IT team
- Support the IT teams in the Design development of the prioritized user stories.
- Perform tests to validate the developments done and make sure they are in line with the customer expectations
- Manage and communicate the Federated Inventory release timelines and content to all stakeholders.
- Support the planning execution of rollout of developed solutions on Inventory tools
- Manage, animate and perform Change management on all delivered user stories.
- Raise anomalies for IMADAQ tools or data quality issues, when needed, and follow them until they are fixed with the support of the IT team.
- Provide regular updates to management
- Set up and follow-up performance indicators for the IMADAQ tools
- Ensure the User Storie(s) backlog is under control and support the clean-up twice a year, to remove all User Storie(s) not relevant anymore
- Participate to the definition of the strategy for the Federated inventory roll out and associated tools (Webix4 and CISC)
- Support customer/ business outreach for solutions delivered on Inventory Platforms
- Apply AGILE/SCRUM methodology where applicable for Federated Inventory
- Ensure the demand and change management processes are still efficient and adapt them if needed
- Ensure the anomaly management process is till efficient and with a backlog under control
Required Candidate profile

Education, Qualifications, and Certifications
- A bachelor degree in science, computers/IT, engineering or commerce. Other professional certification such as. PRINCE2, Six Sigma, ITIL will be an advantage.
- AGILE/SCRUM knowledge
- English Mandatory - French would be a plus
Experience
- 7 years of experience in Telecom industry touching upon IT/Telecom Inventory Management arena and/or Inventory & Asset Management expertise.
- Positive work attitude with ability to work well as a team with personnel from other teams/organizations.
