Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for complete management and performance of Quality department.
• Quality control and assurance of - Products/Systems/SPM/fabrication
• Responsible for quality check of complete fabrication activity.
• Handling ISO documentation and facing ISO audits.
• Taking necessary actions to enhance the compliance level of ISO.
• Continuous analyzing and aligning actions to improve Quality of Products and services.
• Managing a Team and time to time monitoring of team performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in quality control of machined components is must.
• Experience in operating measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Digital Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, 2D inspection, CMM, FARO etc.
• Should have 4 + years of experience in capacity of MR (Management representative).
• Good Understanding of Fabrication activity. Should have experience of 3 to 4 years in fabrication (QC).
• Should have exposure to 3S/5S activities pertaining to Quality.
• Necessary certifications for NDT & good knowledge of NDT Test. (DPT , MPI , UT ,RT) is
  must.
• Ability to read & interpret Casting and Machining drawings
• Good Knowledge of pipe fittings and Tube fittings and related IS or another equivalent
  standard would be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of welding methodology and WPS/PQR process would be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of painting and coating and its related inspection activity would be an added advantage.
