Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of projects working with various functions across multiple geographies
Strong experience in project management activities such as scoping, planning, knowledge transfer, tracking deliverables, risk management and reporting through to closure
Facilitating change management by supporting stakeholders with effective communication planning and tools
Conduct workshops on requirement gathering, be able to document workflow, user requirements, functional specifications, end to end process mapping and defining future state
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards
Ensure project deliverables are met with the appropriate level of quality and timeliness with a focus on scalability, sustainability and usability while ensuring value add to the customer
Drive continuous improvement culture across the organization
Partner with development and operations teams to develop and deliver solutions using robotics and automation
Continuously refining the optimal framework for ongoing and future transition activities and ensuring proper governance to be in place following the defined methodology
Provide analytical and consulting expertise, enabling shared service functions to deliver the most effective solutions to our customers
