  • Role Purpose :

    The role would be techno-managerial, and the person must manage the Network, Meeting room and Collaboration Infrastructure of the organization. Should be able to manage the Infrastructure, bring new Technologies, handle new projects, manage team of 8 to 10 members and take up initiatives in his area that align to overall Business needs of the organization.


    Key Result Area
    • Design and Architect Effective Network and Collaboration solutions.
    • Ensure uptime and Health of the Corporate Infrastructure
    • Setup Standards, Policies and Procedure
    • Implement Best practices and bring new solutions to the organization.
    • Deploy identified solutions and Effective Project Management
    • Strong Stakeholder and Team Management Skills.
    • Manage Routine Business operations effectively
    Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 
    • Hands-on Experience with deep technical knowledge desired in Network and Collaboration Infrastructure
    • Strong Theorotical Knowledge and Deep Expereince in Cisco Networking Platform
    • Good Experience in Palo Alto and other Industry Standard Firewalls.
    • Strong Theorotical Knowledge in Wi-Fi Technologies and Expereince in managing Corporate Wi-Fi Infrastructure.
    • Expereince in managing Enterprise WAN and partner connectivity
    • Exposure to new Technologies such as SDA and SDWAN will be an advantage.
    • Good Understanding of PSTN, IP Telephony Technologies and OSP Licensing
    • Expereince in managing Meeting Room Infrastructure and Knowledge on Interactive Whiteboard and Collaboration Platforms.
    • Expereince and ability to architect on-prem and cloud-based Audio, Video and Unified Collaboration
    • solutions such as such as Lifesize, Cisco Webex etc.
    • Good Exposure to overall IT systems, technologies and security
    • Expereince in Network Management Tools such as TACACS, Configuration Management and logging
    • systems Monitoring Infrastructure Expereince in tools such as Intermapper, PRTG, NetFlow etc.
    • Ability to identify right Technology and partners.
    • Ability to Technically guide the teams
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience in managing projects

    Effective Team management Skills
    • Manage Stringent Customer Requirements.
    • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
    • Education, Certifications and Expereince
    • Masters/bachelors degree in science/Engineering or Diploma in CS/EC,IT,IS
    • CCNA Certification
    • Training or Certifications in ITIL, PMP
    • Minimum of 8+ years in Network Domain
    • CCNP, Palo Alto, Firewall Certifications skills will be an added advantage.
    • CCNA/CCNP Voice/Collaboration, Lifesize TA/TAS will be an advantage
