Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
Train and lead staff
Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
Contribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumen
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Activities to be performed :

PMO Project Management expert Business Development Reporting & Qualitative Analysis Business Process efficiency Good Communication skills Able to lead small teams independently Build customer relations Prepare Management Reports Work on long term engagements with cross cultural teams

Level of experience : 4 to 6 years
Education/qualifications : Any graduate, MBA in Finance or Operations preferred.
Industry experience : Finance or IT
Technical capability : Adverse knowledge in Process efficiency, Management Reporting, Cost reconciliation processes. Either PMP or Prince 2 required. Advanced knowledge in MS Office Suite (excel)
Key personal attribute : Project Management knowledge, Stakeholder communications, Business Development activities, Process design & acquaintance in working cross cultural teams.
