Job description

Manages one or more production projects simultaneously
Applies the highest degree of knowledge and expertise in assigned projects
Identifies all SLAs and other contractual requirements of their projects with the assistance of Production Manager
Creates recovery plans for missed SLAs and submits to clients
Conducts comprehensive tours for clients in their production areas
Tracks and evaluates the performance of employees in assigned group(s)
Works with Production Manager to develop workflow and production processes to meet client expectations and maximize efficiency and gains approval from the Production Manager
Supports the financial metrics (i.e. speed, efficiency) for assigned projects with the assistance of the Business Unit Leader
Responsible to Business Unit Leader for meeting the financial metrics for assigned projects
Develops and implements systems to ensure Supervisors are meeting the financial metrics assigned to projects
Manages assigned Supervisors
Capable of conducting the work activities of Supervisors when necessary
Develops Supervisors and Lead Operators for promotional opportunities
Serves as day-to-day contact for clients
Participates in regularly scheduled meetings with clients as the primary contact
Supports and may conduct meetings with clients and presents production data, improvement plans, workflow processes, production processes, etc, utilizing tools such as PowerPoint
Submits requests to Software Development to fix or optimize production applications
Makes recommendations to Business Unit Manager for optimizing bonus plans
Creates appropriate quality management processes to ensure quality metrics are met
Provides in depth analysis (root cause analysis) and corrective action plans for production issues
Gathers information for weekly billing for assigned projects and submits to Business Unit Manager for approval
Effectively delegates and prioritizes tasks and processes
All other duties as assigned
