    US IT Recruiters (Multiple positions) - 3 positions 

    Chennai, Bangalore 

    1. Telephonic Interview
    2. Computer Based Live Testing (skype)
    3. In-Person Interview
    Candidates are required to work as per our USA time standards
    8:30 AM EST - 5:30 PM EST (USEST)

    India Time: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST- NIGHT SHIFT
    (This job may require extended hours to reach out to the candidates outside of normal business hours)

    Qualified Recruiter should be able to recruit matching candidates & retain them for our direct clients. Highly motivated individuals who enjoy talking over phone & helping consultants in finding their right career will succeed in this role.
    Identify qualified and qualify IT candidates with various technical skills not limited to Java, .NET, SAP, Oracle, etc
    Setup interview processes and coordinate with the candidates
    Negotiation (bill rate/terms and conditions)
    Format and present the resumes to the account managers to be presented to the clients
    The recruiter will be responsible for following tasks not limited to:

    Interact with the account managers to understand the job requirement (both fulltime as well as contract positions)
    Analyze the requirements in detail and identify the scope (job position, technical key words)
    Post requirements on various job boards such as, LinkedIn, monster etc
    Search and qualify candidates on job boards and contact the candidates
    Candidates interviews / negotiations
    Interact with 3rd party vendors for sourcing qualified candidates
    Present the resumes to the account managers for further review
    Format the resumes and present to the account manager
    Coordinate with the candidates and account managers for interview process
    Perform all on-boarding formalities.
    Excellent English Communication skills (both written and verbal). Candidates with English medium school background preferred
    Must have at least 2+ years of USIT recruitment experience
    Extensive computer technical skills knowledge (MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
    Knowledge and understanding of Operating Systems (OS Windows, Linux, Unix, AIX, Solaris etc), Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Informix), Programming Languages (Java, .NET), BI/DW (Cognos, Informatica), Open Source tools
    Understanding of various Job Roles like Developer, Programmers, Architect, Project Manager, DBA, Systems Administrators, Network Engineers etc.

    Bachelors Degree 
    (any candidate with B.E degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering will be given better priority)
