Job Description
- 1. Responsible for assisting the Team Leader along with the day to day operational activities.
2. Proactively support Operations by tracking on- time performance and measure vendor KPI. Also provide support for dashboard & reporting activitie. Act as liaison between internal customers and appropriate internal organization to resolve queries.
3. Responsible for supporting team members in understanding Supply Chain tools, systems, processes etc.
4. Coaching and mentoring team members to improve productivity, efficiency and effectiveness
5. Helping Team Leader in monitoring and tracking performance of team and team members.
6. Supporting Team Leader in preparing dashboard, reports to understand trend, challenges, achievements
7. Build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Support Team Member in handling escalations through their skills, knowledge and relationship with stakeholders.
9. Educate Team Members in term of improvement tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen etc.
10. Support Team Leader in ensuring uniform distribution of activities, building open and free culture within team
Required Candidate profile

additional information
1. Minimum 4 years of experience in Global Supply Chain is must. Experience in Service Industry, Telecom, IT will be preferable.
2. Graduate B.Com / BE / B Sc IT
3.ITIL / PMP Certification will be added advantage
