Job description

Ensure successful completion and tracking of strategic Global improvement initiatives.
Productivity - Able to optimize FTEs in processes through identification of opportunity areas through process reengineering /automation. Establish governance / tacking mechanism for the same.
Lead / Drive / Onboard tasks in CoE Coordination with CT on onboarding tasks , vol/ FTE calculations, Support SOP coordination / review, Soft Go Live.
Identify gaps in current Quality evaluations, drive innovation and improvements in the Quality Methodology so that it better aligns to the end customer satisfaction.Drive process improvements and a culture of customer obsession.
Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality among team.
Manages and monitors projects at a program level ensuring schedules, scope and costs are delivered on time and within budget. Provide deep dive data analytics and market analysis to identify emerging threats and opportunities.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
At least 4-6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required skill(s): Exposure to Six Sigma, Quality Tools / Techniques
Ample experience in implementing corrective/preventive measures.
PowerBI highly advantageous.
Knowledge of Logistics and/or Supply Chain industries is highly desirable
Bachelor s degree, with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt highly desirable
