Job Description

Job Opportunity in Pune for a professional who can take up the role as a Group Manager-Quality” holding experience of 10+ years. You will be responsible for maintaining automation solutions for London (Re)Insurance market for a renowned BPO/BPM organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performing due diligence, solution designing, development, testing phases for digital & operational transformation solution implementation.
Working with teams to identify transformation scope, opportunities & timelines
Co-creating transformation road map in-line with current trends (London Market)
Pro-actively reporting out & own progress made as per the transformation plan
Helping Client Organizations realize business objectives by driving Process Improvements, End to End Transformations, Digital, RPA.
Liaising with Technology, Transitions, Capability and other internal functions to provide end-to-end solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Any Graduate / PG.
Overall Work 10+ years plus of work experience & a minimum 4/5 years of work experience in London (Re)Insurance market.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred – Lean Six Sigma Certified Greenbelt
Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in BPO/ITES environment
Strong stake holder and relationship management skills and dealing with senior executives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
