    1. Knowledge and Expertise of Management System ISO9001, ISO14001,ISO 45001 along with Lean Manufacturing , Kaizen, OEE,VSM, WCM, SMED, Andon, Poka Yoke, MTTR & MTBF
    2. Bottleneck identification in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Debottleneck the process & machine
    3. Operational Excellence Project implementation through various management approaches like TQM & TPM
    4. Skill Building for Management System ISO 9001,ISO14001,ISO45001 & Operational Excellence
    5. Manage Operational Excellence projects to drive improvement in process metrics, targeted financial benefits, and achieve company goals.
    6. Conduct plant level studies in cost effectiveness for productivity enhancement & process improvement
    7. Monthly Operational Excellence report preparation
    8. Implementation of Visual Factory & 5S Concept
