Job description

Facilitate Business Excellence Culture at the Plant by :

Facilitating TQM; Excellence Methodologies across all processes; functions of the Plant,
ensure sustenance as well as improve maturity of Excellence
Strengthen the Manufacturing Excellence Practices through Implementation of Lean, Industry 4.O and TPM Methodologies.
Facilitate in achieving higher system maturity through implementation of IMS (QMS, EMS; HSE) related International Standards. Ensure adherence to standards through ongoing facilitation.
Continuous interaction with the Senior Management Team of Plant, Facilitate in Proactively identifying and resolving Challenges as well as opportunities in maintaining quality standards and compliance as per System and Processes established at the plant Six Sigma Black / Green Belt Certification, understanding of hopper approach to Yellow Belt Initiative and Data Analytics

Initiatives.
Conducting various internal trainings on TPM, Lean, DOE, AFSEM, Quality Core Tools.
Liaison with external agencies Consultants as per Business need.

Educational Qualification

Any Automobile, Auto Ancillary
Preferred: B E (Mech. Or Prodn),
MBA (Opns) - Optional

Critical Skills Sets

a) Person should have hands-on Experience on TQM, TPM Excellence Models.
b) Excellent computer skills MS Office, Minitab Software.
c) Thorough knowledge of TQM TPM methodology
d) Assessment skills - Process, Product and System
e) Knowledge of basic and advanced problem solving tools.
f) ISO - 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 standards and requirements.
g) In depth Knowledge of SPC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA
