Job Description
- Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor degree or above (mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable)
2. At least three years experience in chemical process areas, car interiors industry priority
3. Relevant work experience in the automotive industry
4. Result orientation, self-driven, strong ability on problem solving
5. Knowledge in statistical technique, problem solving methods (six sigma) and FMEA (failure mode and effect analysis)
6. Good project management skills
7. Good technical understanding
8. Knowledge in polymer chemistry preferable
9. Fluent in English or German is a plus
Job Description
1. Keep abreast of new projects, and get product information from previous orders batches before it put into production, ensure the stability of the process into the new project, and just refer to the previous investment experience. Responsible for ensuring and obtaining of all requirements before being transferred into serial production
2. Perfect control from development to production process, and access to relevant practices, enable the production of products to meet customer demand. Define testing plan and master data in cooperation with product development
3. Preparation and collaboration of new development projects (feasibility study)
4. Preparation and support of trial batches
5. Responsible for process capability test; identify weak points and implementation of improvements
6. Assist in training the production supervisor, the machine leader and employees in operating skills
7. When adding new equipment, provide necessary process conditions to ensure the equipment purchased is our most correct needs
8. Familiar with the entire operation process of all working operations (paste mixing, coating, lacquer mixing,printing,embossing and slitting)
9. Provide the equipment and safety recommendations for improvement
10. Coordination and implementation of projects to improve the productions and process reliability and to reduce quality problems
11. Standardization of workflow and formulations
12. Problem solving systematically of repeating production problems
13. Systematic review of lost of material, clarification of material lost, definition and tracking of actions
14. Training as production department reserve talented person
15. Comply with OHSAS18001 related regulations
16. Maintaining of FMEAs and implementation of statistical and problem solving methods
17. Fulfill other tasks arranged by superiors
18. Support production for daily trouble shooting
Salary: INR 13,00,000 - 17,00,000 P.A.
