- Key Responsibilities:
Drives all aspects of IT Project, Program and Portfolio activity, including collaborating and coordinating across all IT and business segments
Responsible for consistent application of all standard project management methodology processes, tools, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage projects which are to be executed by a development team of 50+ developers and across an organization of over 500+ team members.
Drive all aspects of program management activity, including collaborating and coordinating across the organization
Identify and manage risks, making sound judgments about quality, and stopping (or speeding up) production at the right time.
Lead and coordination of design/implementation efforts between internal teams and external customers and/or partners
Drive requirements reviews, and clarification sessions with software and quality engineering teams
Deep diving on key architectural components; discuss, debate and influence technical teams on system design
Ensure program delivered with quality and meet implementation date & criteria
Manages resources (i.e., capital requirements and human capital, etc.) to complete project/program on time and within budget
Keeps team and leadership updated on project status and risk factors
Be extremely data driven and drive/track program execution and delivery excellence
Work with the engineering manager, product owners, architects, developers and SDETs to endure that the program is being delivered with quality on time and within budget
Work with internal IT teams to coordinate project interlocks and deployments
