- Formulate, Implement, Track career path & & Individual Development Plans of each member in the team
- Monitor and measure key Metrics of the resources and team.
- Mentor and guide Quality lead / Process Expert to manage quality, improve process efficiency
- Drive process improvements to enhance the operational efficiencies or improve quality and minimize variation, conceptualize, design and deliver trainings to the team
- Manage the team, dive deep and ensure high service delivery and execution
- Vendor management.
- Data Analysis.
