  • Designation : Senior Executive Business Process Excellence
    Experience: At least 3 Years
    Qualification: Any related degree
    Certification: Mandate green belt 

    Responsibilities: 

    - Responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, defining and justifying projects, managing assigned activities, execute projects, tracking project status and results, anticipation 

    - Execute high impact improvement projects ensuring timely closure and benefits realization, which could be using the standard PI methodologies of Six Sigma, Lean or using a common sense based analytical problem solving based on the pain areas, improvement's identified

    - Identifying road map of process improvement.

    - Drive continuous improvement culture through training, coordination and implementation of principles of Lean/Six Sigma in day-to-day operations. Responsible for conducting Six Sigma review meetings at corp Level.

    - Engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence initiatives are effectively deployed and recognized.

    - Understand customer requirements, business priorities and goals.

    - Validating the operational benefits of all projects before completion of the control phase.

    - Responsible to provide direction as a subject matter expert on the application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to the organization's senior leadership, operation managers / leaders, Project sponsors, and Belts.
