Job Description

Key responsibilities: 

  • Creating, modifying, owning, managing process documentation (maps, operating docs, work guides, etc.)
  • Creating, implementing, and leading change management process
  • Designing, modifying, and delivering operational, management, and compliance reporting for internal and client-facing needs
  • Enforcing process via control mechanisms, monitoring and audit
  • Providing oversight and support for Quality Occurrence identification and issue research/resolution and coordinating RCA process
  • Ensuring outputs of improvements from RCA process are codified and updated in process docs, onboarding, and training via change management process
  • Overseeing onboarding and training program

Key skills/experience required: 

  • Six sigma or other quality system certification or experience
  • Excellent communication skills and business acumen
  • High proficiency with Visio, Word, Power Point, Excel, Access, and other tools relevant to process management and reporting

Must be willing to work hours providing significant overlap with US ET and willingness to provide occasional on-call support until 5 PM ET
