Eligibility:- Hands on experience in International BPO
- Hands on experience in Fraud Risk Management
- People management expertise: Ability to manage team of TLs and QAs, their development needs and career progression
- Program management expertise: Managed compliance programs across multiple locations and multiple clients
- Sigma Certified (or) ISO certified
- Excellent skills on Excel/Quality Tools / Data Analysis /Minitab/Analytical Skills / Reporting
Experience: Minimum 10 Years
