We are hiring BPO professionals for Quality Analyst Role!
Responsibilities:
- Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to site management team.
- Performs monitors of customer care email responses.
- Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for call center staff.
- Provides feedback to call center Employees, Team leaders and Managers.
- Basic knowledge in Quality Tools (7 QC Tools)
- New hire Training on Quality Parameters
- Six Sigma Belt is added advantage
- Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Performs monitors of customer care email responses.
- Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
- Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A. Attendance Bonus
