We are hiring BPO professionals for Quality Analyst Role!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to site management team.
  • Performs monitors of customer care email responses.
  • Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for call center staff.
  • Provides feedback to call center Employees, Team leaders and Managers.
  • Basic knowledge in Quality Tools (7 QC Tools)
  • New hire Training on Quality Parameters
  • Six Sigma Belt is added advantage
  • Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Performs monitors of customer care email responses.
  • Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations. 
  • Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed. 

     

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A. Attendance Bonus
