Management of GSC PL Quality Management System acc to necessary requirements:

Process Owner for QMS processes
Governance over the GSC QMS Framework
ISO 9001:2015 QMS standard assurance


QMS central management acc to necessary requirements in GSC Poland, incl. ISO 9001;
Admin and Approver roles in systems supporting QMS processes (PLM, CAPA, etc.)
Support for Process Owners and GSC teams on QMS processes execution
Central management of QMS processes: Documentation management; Risk assessment; CAPA; QMS Internal Audits, Management Review;
Administration and support of databases and repositories for QMS;
Cooperation with different teams on QMS realization; support for roles in Compliance and Risk Management when required
Managing metrics and dashboards for QMS processes, incl. cooperation with IT teams
QMS Tier meetings leadership
Proposal & supervision of implementation of changes in QMS processes
Leadership, facilitation or support for QMS continuous improvement initiatives, incl. leading and/or championing improvement projects, managing QMS ideation activities
Knowledge sharing, incl. trainings, onboarding and workshops facilitation
Point of contact for other GSCs and external Stakeholders reg QMS in GSC PL


3 years of experience related to Quality Management; for e.g. In implementation, management and improvement in QMS
Knowledge of ISO:2015 standard, further developed if required
Experience in role of QMS Internal Auditor will be an advantage
Masters / Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university or min 3 years of equivalent work experience in Quality Management department
Practical experience with ISO 9001:2015 norm, especially including processes: documentation management, non-conformities management, risk management, Customer satisfaction and claims management
Operational knowledge on systems and repositories: PLM/Enovia, Policy Central, Share Point, QN SAP, LSO
Tools: MSA, FMEA, RCA tools
Comfortable usage of Excel, Power BI, SP list, Visio
Fluent English
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to run meetings and facilitate workshops
