Title:

Diego Garcia: SHIPS STORE SERVICE ACTIVITIES SUPERVISOR Title: Diego Garcia: SHIPS STORE SERVICE ACTIVITIES SUPERVISOR DESCRIPTION OF JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises the entire ship store annex operations and the direction of personnel. Consistently inspects activities and facilities to ensure the established standards are achieved. Insures all activities operate in accordance with the BOS Contract. Appointed as Bulk Custodian of all Ship's Store merchandise. Accepts responsibility for accurate receipt, inventory of merchandise and timely submission of required reports. Ensures all personnel comply with established Safety, ISO 9001-2008 and Quality Control requirements. Makes recommendations for changes and improvements in Retail Operation. Answers all customer complaints and attends NSF Quality of Life monthly meetings and town meetings as required. Establish a good partnering relationship with the ACOR and TPOC. Participates in managerial level meetings, discussions and making policy. Develops job training programs and plan for contingency operations.


BASIC JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Must speak, read, and understand English language. Must pass overseas medical screening and be in good health. Should possess current valid U.S Drivers License. Knowledge of ROM (Retail Operations Management) System.


EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree preferably in Business Administration/Management from U.S. accredited college or university.


EXPERIENCE: 1. Minimum of Ten (10) years experience in managing a NAVY supply system or retail operation.
