*Managing overall activities associated with Human Resource Operations for a huge headcount of employees PAN India.
*Promote the HR Service as the first point of contact for all HR matters including first line advise as well as guidance on policy.
Required Candidate profile:
*Provide HR advice to employee & business managers ensuring proactive employee communications on organizational process & polices
*Track employee escalations & take proactive steps to control escalations.
Dealing with team of HR Executives PAN India.
