Job description Responsibilities Align with COOSr. Directors Portfolio Owners to create the continuous improvement (CI) agenda and deliver on it Partner within Global operations to identify Revenue Assurance opportunities Through CI, own delivery on committed Productivity, TAT and Quality improvements. Scope problems identify major issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions, and quantify potential bottom-line financial andor operational impact. Provide innovative solutions, facilitate and mentor improvement projects, train and coach Black Belts on improvement projects. Identify, coach and develop talent in Global Ops through Lean Six Sigma DNA building and engagement drives Drive performance improvement through improved end-to-end process design and management. Drive quality, cost, service delivery projects using formal financial forecasting and reporting models such as Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) andor process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and Capacity Planning. Program manage all improvement initiatives. "Own" day-to-day project management and delivery of entire engagement and impactful recommendations and provide coaching to customer teams as they implement recommendations. Identify digital use cases, develop requirements and partner with Automation team to bring to life Prioritize resource alignment to stabilize mega new client wins De-risk operations through Risk Control and Best Practice framework Advise and influence business partners on key business decisions and major change initiatives. Develop deep trust-based advisor relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure client is satisfied throughout engagement. Lead working sessions, and participate in client presentations. Lead one or more client projects, including collaborating with clients to build hypothesis sets, analysis, and roadmaps for solutions. Minimum Job Qualifications Requirements Min 15-year experience of working with BPO in an Operations or Other Transformation role at a mid-management level Min 5-year experience of working with a large consulting group Black Belt Master Black Belt certification with practical implementation track record Technical mastery of Six Sigma tools and methodologies including DMAIC, DFSS and Lean Coaching through project completion; must have mentored at least 15-20 GB BB projects Experience in Six Sigma course development develops improves training material Effectively communicate with all levels to maintain relationships and cooperation in pursuing goals. Must be able to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts to reach consensus around common goals. PMP certification is a plus
