Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility:

Solution Analytics leader will liaise with all stakeholders to design and operationalisation of a detailed analytics and dashboard for meaningful and actionable insights to improve user adoption as well tracking process and performance of platform w.r.t. to user acquisition, learning behaviours, experiences, course performance and user experience etc.

To create and manage a mechanism to provide user and platform analytics information to various stakeholders.
Create analytics dashboards to be sent to various external stakeholder such as Govt of India, IT companies and academia.
Drive actionable insights and inputs to Go to Market Teams to mobilize candidates and keeping in mind deeper societal reach of various schemes.
To collect feedback from candidates on the platform with regard to scope for improvements and share the same with relevant stakeholders.
To develop, analyse, update and report on Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) based on user feedback.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:

7 - 10+ years of relevant experience.
Excellent analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative) and driving actionable conclusions.
Master s degree in business or marketing.
Strong interpersonal skills, innovative attitude, flexible, proactive, service - minded and a strong team player.
A willingness to travel and ability to work independently and autonomously.
Superior oral and written communication and presentation skills with an innate attention to detail.
Preferred Six Sigma Green belt or black belt.
