Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
-Lead multifunctional Lean Deployment assignments at client sites
- Design Solutions for the client to deliver bottom line results
- Draw VSMs for various processes & Identify Opportunity Areas
- Manage change & keep track of all project related KPI
- Manage all client communications
- Build knowledge and skills in deployment of Lean
- Support Client Team in developing/evolving/ deployment of Lean program process toolkit
- Support MIS teams in designing data formats and collecting data on the shop floor
- Developing/evolving Lean Methods for efficient management at every level
- Identify and deploy Kaizen on the shop floor
- Deploy effective feedback loops (with the use of Visual factory Toolkit)
- Support engineering teams in measuring, understanding and making decisions based on operational fitness metrics
- Manage a Team of Lean Engineers & help them acquire new skills
- Estimate Savings on the Projects
Lead Workshops to solve problems and re-enforce principles and techniques
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must be willing to travel to multiple client locations
- Should have experience in working with Senior Management
- Should have led Transformation Projects
- Advanced Working knowledge of Lean & TOC
- Should have at least 2 Years of experience working in Change Management & Lean Deployment
- Must have managed a team of Engineers
- Must have worked in at least 2 different industries on Lean Deployment
- 4+ Years of experience in Lean Deployment
- Should have successfully deployed Lean with visible change
