Job description

Hyderabad Business Services is a major GBS Hub. We need to build an Ecosystem enabling the actual service delivery teams.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Work with the Process Excellence leader to support all Process Excellence, Service Management and Governance activities of the Hyderabad Business Services.
- Measure and report performance metrics, KPIs and SLAs across operations
- Implement visual management across the delivery floor with PEP messaging and relevant metrics
- Support automation framework for the site
- Support Six Sigma DNA build
