Job description

- This is position for one of US MNC client and they are world's top management firm.

- The Sr.Manager of Administration is integral to the successful operation of administrative functions and to assist with the planning initiatives designed to improve the quality and implementation of initiatives designed to improve the quality of its programs and services.

- The SM of Administrations works in partnership with members of the Executive, Administrative and Management Teams to improve business while occasionally negotiating and problem-solving with vendors and contractors.


- Master's degree in business management or related field with a minimum of 10-20 years in a senior administrative management role OR a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business management or related field with at least 15-20 years relevant and proven operational management and/or process improvement experience within established organizations.


1.) Manage the day to day operation of the organization's technological, information, communication and data systems to ensure their effectiveness and control their costs.

2.) Assist with the creation, measurement,refinement and reporting of the organization's master plan, while focusing on the development of the administrative infrastructure needed to support its success.

3.) Assist with the creation,facilitation,management and measurement of improvement projects within and across administrative and programmatic departments.

4.) Evaluate business practices to improve productivity,efficiency and reliability while reducing costs and increasing customer service.

5.) Negotiate and mange contracts with vendors to include the contracting process itself.


The SM of Administration reports to the MD and has regularly scheduled supervision. She/He must maintain positive working relationships with the Executive, Administrative and Management Teams, vendors and contractors to successfully coordinate administrative functions for the smooth operation of agency programs.

1.) Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent verbal and written ability.

2.) Strong communication, negotiation, critical thinking and problem solving skills.

3.) LEAN,Six Sigma and project management experience preferred.

4.) Leadership and team-oriented management skills.

5.) Expert technical skills, ability and demonstrated knowledge of IT infrastructure,hardware and software applications.
