- Job Designation: Senior Business Process Analyst
Job Location: Baroda, Gujarat
Job Time: 6 PM to 4 AM IST
Job Scope:
This high visibility role will directly work with the Senior Leaders in the organization and will involve being a part of various strategic initiatives with the primary focus to solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve performance of the org. The initiatives are diverse in nature and are spread across various departments. The day-to-day activities often complex and will vary depending on type of project/initiatives. He/ she may work alone on some projects, while others will involve a large team.
Job Description:
The job involves:
Determining and clarifying strategic and operational problems via consultation with different stakeholders
Identifying problems and seeking solutions
Reviewing current strategy
Collecting, analysing and interpreting data and statistics
Compiling and presenting information
Identifying and assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies
Outlining objectives
Developing, advising about and implementing agreed solutions
Required Skills:
The right candidate will possess the ability to work in a team;
Interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills;
Creativity and innovation;
Problem-solving and strategic planning ability;
Analytical skills;
Flexibility;
The ability to cope with pressure and challenges;
Mid-level knowledge of MS Office.
Any experience / knowledge of process improvement techniques (six sigma) or any project management tools/methodologies is highly preferred but not required.
