Requirement for the profile of Quality Assurance at Gurgaon (Sec-18) Location
Job Description:-
Designation: - Quality Assurance (middle level & Junior Level )
Location:- Gurgaon (sec-18)
Qualification & Experience: - 4-5 years (Diploma) /3+ years (B Tech) (mechanical )

Salary: - As Per Company Standard

Job Responsibility:*

1. Quality Planning, Control and Execution

I. Engage in maintaining, communicating and implementing a quality plan
II. Attain new certification/ approvals based on market standards in consultation with senior management
III. Control quality of production from the time of receiving the raw material till the product delivery through quality inspection of incoming goods, in-process materials, components, and processes as per schedule
IV. Engage in final inspection and dispatch of defect free products to customers ,Endorse the inspection status at different stages (IGI, InProcess and final)
V. Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out by the technical staff and product modifications are investigated
VI. Coordinate with external laboratories for product testing in consultation with design team
VII. Ensure the product is manufactured within the parameters of Quality specifications, safety regulations and design guidelines
VIII. Ensure efficient calibration of test equipment in internal and external laboratories and carry out adjustment where required
IX. Determine and record quality related problems and share results and recommendations with Production team
X. Ensure implementation of measures to be taken for the prevention of non conformities in quality

XI. Establish standards of service for customers or vendors • Collaborate with customers for external inspection and ensure

2. ISO Documentation, MIS and Reporting

I. Prepare documentation as per ISO standard and ensure compliance to the same
II. Maintain master list of forms and formats for identification and traceability of products
III. Prepare quality procedures and work instructions pertaining to QA department, compliant to ISO standards
IV. Determine a sampling plan based on the criticality of products and the acceptance quality level of products
V. Maintain quality system documents i.e. Quality Manual, Quality Procedure manual, standard drawings, operation/technical manual, external standards, test report format (FI, FAT etc.) etc.
VI. Data analysis of customer satisfaction/dissatisfaction, vendor assessment, performance of products and processes
VII. Generate and update various reports like external inspection reports, customer reports, non-conformity, issue logs, calibration records etc.
VIII. Draft and submit daily activity report and weekly department report

IX. Ensure timely updation of ERP with respect to IGI, In-Process and final inspection, MRN and systems clearance

3. Internal and External Audits

I. Plan and conduct process, system quality and store (for bonded -Military grade and general - commercial grade material) audits
II. Coordinate with external agencies for external audits performed at the production facility

III. Implement Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA )
