JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your job responsibilities will include,

  • Having thorough knowledge of the process and:
  • Identify gaps in subject matter understanding by reviewing team members work product;
  • Develop training programs/materials based on analysis/identified gaps;
  • Facilitate stakeholders to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives;
  • Identify, mentor, and execute quality related process improvement initiatives.
  • This includes the overall project management of the identified quality improvements initiatives
  • Drive measurable improvements to enhance the overall quality of work product; • Drive Lean and Six sigma projects for aligned accounts
  • Provide Lean coaching, consulting and mentoring
  • Develop strong working relationships with team members to create and sustain continuous improvement culture
  • Compile and analyse statistical data
  • Track, monitor, and report progress on quality improvement initiatives; and
  • Establish quality benchmarks based on business requirements.
  • Recommend, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • 4 to 9 years’ experience in quality improvement function-
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certified, or Six Sigma Green Belt certified and Black Belt trained
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, strong quantitative and qualitative skills, and effective team player
  • Must have handled Quality for international clients with multi locations delivery
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools – specifically Excel and PowerPoint • Self-starter, able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Able to handle ambiguity and resistance assertively without conflicts
