Job description



  • Convert design principles to implementation roadmaps with details risk assessment and process due diligence, considering customer experience at the core
  • Work in partnership with multiple senior level stakeholders and cross-functional team, to identify, assess, evaluate, and implement changes related to end to end business process using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Work on ideas generated from multiple sources and mobilizes around these ideas to quantify their value, implement the improvements that add the most value to the business through both technology and process re-engineering
  • Owns the operationalization of new features/ functions to ensure new client-facing solutions scale & deliver first time right every time
  • Governs the process from ideation through to implementation and control ensuring project progress is appropriately managed with benefits realized and signed off by the business
  • Manages major projects across customer operations in a way that adds rigor and transparency
  • Recognizes and rewards best in class examples of driving the continuous improvement culture from our peers within Customer Operations COEs Leverages six sigma/lean capability
  • Acts as a champion across Customer Operations to drive continuous improvement
  • Works in collaboration with Project Management and Governance Ensures a close partnership with Performance Excellence capabilities around data exchange and KPI measurements
  • Engages cross-functionally with Technology on information exchange, requirement planning

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree educated
  • Process optimization experience (can have been informal as part of wider roles and responsibilities, but must be demonstrable if so)
  • Certified as a Lean / Six Sigma black belt or a trained Master Black Belt with practical experience of at least 6+ years in end to end large scale Lean Management and process change implementation, along with practical experience in coaching, facilitation, Lean deployments and Lean projects
