    Warm Greetings from BVR People Consulting!

     

    We are looking for Head -Quality (Female) for an Electrical Major, reputed MNC based at Bangalore.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    - Head the Quality department: Testing and calibration, In-coming, In-process and Final QA, Supplier Quality Management

     

    - Preferable to have Electronics graduate with some experience on the understanding Electronics circuitry & basic trouble shooting, knowledge on firmwares
     

    - Complete understanding of the Organisational Processes. Able to interpret & propagate the system implementation across the plant
     

    - Propagate Customer Centric culture across organization.
     

    - Systemize and deploy an integrated Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001.
     

    - Own SPS Plus quality elements and be the champion for Excellence in Manufacturing Quality lead all deployment activities and provide mentorship and coaching to subordinates.
     

    - In partnership with Human Resources department, implement company policies & drive the Competency development of the team
     

    - Be the organizations leader to analyze customer complaints and returns and initiative corrective and preventive action using G8D methodology.
     

    - Ownership of quality KPIs in Balanced Score Card (BSC).
     

    - Fully support cross functional teaming and institute continuous improvement (Kaizen) actions to meet targets.
     

    - Participate in Six Sigma projects as project leader and sponsor.
     

    - Ownership in department budget and monthly spending..
     

    - Assume leadership role for quality related activities plant-wide.
     

    - Coordinate with Business Unit and Commercial teams to ensure country specific product testing and certifications are valid.
    - Own the Supplier Quality improvements in complete coordination with Purchase
