Hiring for one of the international clients for Hyderabad and Gurgaon.

Designation: Manager and Delivery Manager

Location: Hyderabad and Gurgaon.

CTC: Manager upto 15 LPA / Delivery Manager upto 20 LPA

Mandatory Skills: process excellence, service excellence, process excellence, process reengineering, continuous improvement, business excellence, operational excellence

Job Description:

• Drive continuous improvement culture through training, co-ordination and implementation of principles of Lean/Six Sigma in day-to-day operations in KPO/BPO
• Understands and articulates problems/issues in a timely and accurate manner from the delivery/operations teams
• Prepare business cases, project charters, Automation Assessments (RPA), Business Requirement Documents, (BRD) and use cases
• Participate in exploring solutions for problems and process bottlenecks
• Actively contributes to change implementation initiatives on the floor
• Reports issues related to problems/opportunities to transformation leaders
• Play pivotal role in executing transformation governance model to build the continuous improvement culture

Desired Profile:

• Green belt certified or Black belt certified or trained from a reputed certifying body/organization (e.g. ASQ or equivalent) with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology
• Experience in any BPO vertical is preferred.
• Must have 10-11 years of work experience with minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience
• RPA automation life cycle management experience is preferred
