- Learn current processes with a hands-on approach while gaining exposure across the teams.
Lead multiple projects to drive improvements across customer care and supply chain activities
Document and streamline OTC processes through continuous improvement projects and/or Kaizen events.
Drive solutions to reduce or eliminate common day to day escalations thus freeing up capacity across team resources
Lead the TEOA rollout across Customer Care Teams
Act as a liaison between the India Organization and the regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC) to ensure standardized approach on processes
Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar
Familiarity with Six Sigma and DMAIC philosophies
Strong background in lean practices, experience in using value stream mapping and implementing lean tools, such as 5S+1, Visual Factory, Standard Work, and Strong stakeholder management background dealing with senior leadership
Advanced user of Microsoft Office package of software
Functional knowledge of SAP and SFDC
Preferred Familiarity with TED 2.0
CRITICAL EXPERIENCE
3- 5yrs of experience in
Strong project management background with a continuous improvement mindset.
Strong analytical background with ability to interpret, manipulate, and summarize large data sets.
