About Client : Our client is a renowned MNC and Market Leader in its operating space in the FMCG industry.
Responsibilities :
- To spearhead and co-ordinate initiatives pertaining to start, implement and sustaining continuous improvement in Manufacturing Operations specially focusing on TPM and Lean Manufacturing
- Drive organizational Change Management to increase the engagement of the employees into the TPM.
- To audit the existing TPM implementation as per audit protocol & facilitate in evolving & growing the TPM.
- Act as a trainer & coach to all employees for TPM concepts & for projects undertaken through TPM.
- Created system for continuous monitoring for plant KPIs.
Mandatory :
Skill : Should have worked in manufacturing industry and been actively associated with TPM / LEAN / Continuous Improvement initiatives
Experience : 6-10 years
