  • Hiring Manager for Process Excellence in a Leading Ecommerce Co.

    Location: Bangalore


    Role Summary : In this role the person would work with an outsourced partner who would support company with any process excellence initiatives for Seller Onboarding and Seller Experience operations. As an overview, this person would be responsible for SOP Creation/Updates, Knowledge base updation, VSM/Process Mapping

    The Partners here refer to organizations that work with company by providing support to Sellers on company's Marketplace through call, email and chat interactions

    Job Description: 

    Ensure all processes are documented as SOPs with relevant process maps
    Timely review and updation of SOPs and recommend changes/re-define processes in line with business goals
    Timely updation and upkeep of knowledge base and tools
    Proactively identify opportunities and provide alternatives/solutions for process improvement
    Use Value Stream Mapping to identify VA/NVAs and drive improvement
    Maintain & track performance and measures for projects and initiatives
    Ensuring process adherence & compliance through defined audit framework
    Loop-in feedback from Sellers / SE - SO Operations team to respective stakeholders in an effort to build long-term, scalable processes
    Work closely with SE/SO Ops & other cross functional teams to deliver on business goals

    Desired Skills and Experience 

    Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing or related field
    4-5 years of relevant experience with lean methods / Six Sigma / Process Improvement
    Strong project management experience with in-depth knowledge of Business Process Mapping
    Six Sigma GB or BB Certified
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    Willingness to work on weekends, and outside of the standard work day
    Understanding and work under pressure in a high-volume processing environment and consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality

    Ability to handle ambiguity and stakeholder management
