Job Description
- Primary Responsibilities:
Manage Continuous Improvement Master Plan, providing business partner support, project execution, program management and training.
Implement the Lean Management System throughout Quality BU
Standardize approach for and application of Lean / Six Sigma tools, and methods.
Ensure Operational Excellence standards (e.g. DMAIC, Lean, Root Cause Analysis) implementation for problem solving (tools and techniques) and continuous improvement
Imparting training on Lean and Six Sigma methods and support in project completion and certification
Lead in designing, implementing improvement opportunities and events for highly complex processes that have high cross - functional impact
Lead value stream mapping initiatives and improve the overall system performance by streamlining the information and material flow
Facilitate and carry out strategi.projects through kaizen events in line with Syngene s strategi.deployment plan
Act as a change agent to instill a continuous improvement culture throughout the organization.
Ensure proper milestone action plan and dash boards are prepared for respective operational excellence initiatives
Secondary Responsibilities:
Involve in e - enabling solution s execution and tracking at QA
Track Key Quality Projects and Continuous improvement projects assigned, as per agreed timeline
Ensure Horizontal deployment of learnings of executed operational excellence initiatives at QA, to other verticals of Syngene
