• Previous Experience
  o At least 8 years of post-qualification experience
  o 6+ years experience working through the design, development, release (SDLC) cycle delivering software application projects
  o 5+ years of experience in managing a team size of more than 50 in the capacity of Team Leader/ Project Manager
  o Experience in code development conducting unit testing; managing development teams 
  o Experience in working within a matrix style structure
  o Experience in providing technical leadership for project and team through design and code reviews; Mentoring the project team with client communication
  o Demonstrable Software Development Experience

  o Writing and coding individual functions from specific requirements
