Expectations/ Skills Required
Well versed with Software Engineering, Project Life cycle and its implementation.
Ability to quickly learn and participate in collaboration with multiple teams.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of estimation techniques.
Prior experience of working in process driven projects.
Ability to understand business needs and built quality framework for internal and external customers.
Ability to write processes
Have a very good knowledge of CMMI Framework and process areas

Key Learnings from the Role
Candidate to quickly learn the various quality framework- QMS, ISO 9001 and practices to be followed in projects.
The candidate will be able to perform audit/ health checks of the projects and software products to verify compliance with the contracted requirements.
The candidate will be able to provide organizational level process trainings and continuous facilitation to project team regarding Quality procedures.
The candidate will be able to drive process improvements initiatives using Six Sigma methodology.
Perform Final Inspection of software items before delivery.
