RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing programs, developing strategies, policies and guidelines, developing talent, managing cost effectiveness and ensuring compliance
- Executing program as per the agreed timeline and contractual commitments
- Creating and supervising program plans
- Reviewing reports on problems, risks and recommendation for resolution periodically
- Preparing back up plans to mitigate or reduce or eliminate risks or recurrences
- Providing direct support by generating and passing the leads to BRM's / GRM's and also creates a scope for cross-selling solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
- 15 to 20 years of managing multiple complex projects
- Manages relationship and communication at a Strategic level (Steer Co meetings,)
- Thorough knowledge about IT IS concepts.
- Experience in customer management in transformation.
- Must have experience in international IT IS Solutions and operations (UK/US).
