• Responsibilities :
  - Your responsibility will be to identify, build, and nurture high performing individuals and teams to manage and grow Systems Integration and Managed Services teams. 
  - This will include understanding potential of each person, creating career plan for him/her, driving him/her toward excellence, be responsible for their career growth.
  
  1. Lead Systems Integration Team
  
  a. Project Management for Product Integrations, Customizations, and Enhancements
  
  b. Project management support for large pre-sales projects
  
  c. Coordination and prioritization of integration development support
  
  d. Stakeholder management of various internal teams including engineering, pre-sales, customer success and business development
  
  e. Vendor management for outsourced product development and support
  
  2. Lead Managed Services Team
  
  a. Lead operations for managed services team that provides hosted solutions for internal and external customers
  
  b. Provide guidance and oversight to Operations Lead and the Ops team
  
  c. Drive cost optimization and quality for cloud infrastructure
