Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
* Knowledge and experience in Assembly processes & Automations
* Plan, design and implementation of poka-yokes (mistake proof) in assembly process
* Fixture designing, assembly tools designing and development
* Knowledge in Hydraulics
* Knowledge in design of Layouts
* Able to work in Autocad & Solidworks
* Knowledge in SPC & Process capability studies
* Working experience for New product development (APQP), and FMEA
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification : BE Mechanical or Mechatronics
Lead the MED team and coordinating with other departments. Coordinating and Working with JV partner and establish the Assembly process ontime smoothly.
Knowledge on SPM procurement, Budget estimations
Candidates with experience in Export oriented Auto ancillary should get preference.
Knowledge on IATF, APQP, MNC requirements.
Coordinating the team working on assembly line design and process establishment, developing and handling vendors, coordinate with other departments and representatives from JV partner.
Candidates with experience in Export oriented Auto ancillary should get preference.
