Job Description

 

Knowledge of labour legislations
Exposure to multiple HR areas
Knowledge of leading/ best practices in the HR domain 
Extensive experience in managing similar plant IR operations
Prepare and finalize the department budget (including budget for Training & Development, Recruitment, Induction, Employee Engagement etc. activities
Monitor adherence to the budget and initiative corrective action in case of deviations

Required Candidate profile

- Candidate must be have MBA/PG Diploma in HR or Personnel Management
- Minimum 15-20 yrs years of exp in any manufacturing company
- Salary 12-15 lpa
- Loc - Chennai
