Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1 Senior SAP FI Position

Responsibility : Will be responsible for managing the complete accounts in SAP.

Education & Experience

• CA / ICWA / Masters degree in Finance or M.Com or B.Com
• SAP certification in FICO is preferred,
• Minimum 5+ years Domain Experience.
• Minimum 5 years SAP experience in Implementation / Support.

Mandatory :

• Total experience of 10+ years
• 5 years of SAP Experience preferably at a manufacturing company in India of one full life cycle implementation & as well as in support projects. Experience should be in supporting GL in addition to at least 3 of the accompanying capacities : AP, AR, Financial Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Management Accounting.
• One Full life cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
• 5+ years of Domain experience in Accounts / Finance department in a Manufacturing Company with involvement in Trial Balance, P&L & Balance Sheet preparation.
• Understanding of accounting business processes.
• Be able to interact with end-users on business requirements,
• Be able to technically interact with managers and ABAP teams
• Work environment : SAP ECC6.0/EHP7
• Must be result oriented
• Capacity to perform multiple tasks and deal with different expectations and undertakings simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills: Expected to communicate effectively with senior individuals, junior team members from his/her team, co employees at the same level & senior managers above his/her level.
• Excellent engagement skills: Should be able to engage with individuals at all levels within the organisation.
• Conflict resolution: professional conflict handling
• Ability to lead change, work cross-functionally, and learn quickly
• Willingness to be flexible with schedule when needed.
