Job Profile:
1. Graduation mandatory
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Should have worked as a TL for a minimum of 2 years for auditing process. International BPO experience mandatory. Candidates with US healthcare experience will be preferred.
4. Willing to work in night shifts.
5. Should be available to join in a month/ Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred

PRINCIPLE PURPOSE OF JOB
We are currently seeking a Team Leader to support our US Healthcare program. The key function of a leader is to oversee the daily activities of the team which typically includes scheduling, work assignment, developing work flows. It also involves goal-setting for team members and providing them with the required tools to enable them perform their job to the best of their abilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Production Management
i. Program Performance ensure all SLAs are met.
ii. Review and achieve daily and monthly targets set for the team.
iii. Maintain production trackers.
2. People Management
i. Optimum team utilization.
ii. Team building.
iii. Floor support.
3. Reporting
i. Timely Internal reports
ii. Timely response to emails.
iii. Participate in internal and client meetings to review work products and deliverables.
4. Floor Support
i. Manage team queries.
ii. Update training and relevant documents.
iii. Mentor and groom low performers.
5. Leave Planning & Attrition
i. Ensure availability of resources based on business requirements.
