oles and Responsibilities


  • Support existing business operations to optimize delivery, resulting in additional saving and improving KPIs for VFS and its clients. This also includes optimizing support functional areas.
  • Support business development and growth teams to create value added proposals for new business opportunities. This includes using our transformation framework to create a transformation led roadmap demonstrating how VFS will help optimize total cost of ownership and improve KPIs.
  • Review and strategize the process models in the context of the business scenarios.
  • Review industry standards and best practices for assimilation.
  • Coordination of transformation projects and proposals across all VFS regions, including implementation of best practices globally across all the operating countries
  • Align with VFSs global objectives for setup and delivery of new transformation led offerings, especially (but not limited to) in the area of VAS
  • Work collaboratively with regional/functional heads to ensure that the transformation practices develop in line with the requirements of regulatory bodies
  • Ensure alignment with global best practices and coordinate with all regions in the area of transformation delivery and thought leadership.
  • Promote growth by taking initiative to identify opportunities to provide additional client value and extension of existing client relationships
  • Structure ambiguous problems, develop and apply conceptual frameworks and analytical approaches, create new tools and methodologies, and develop recommendations for client solution implementation
  • Independently structure, write, and present well-organized and persuasive end services
  • Utilize strong communications skills including the ability to command an audience
  • Effectively create, unify, and guide teams of people with disparate skills
  • Delivery of financial and non financial transformation targets
  • Setup a framework which could be deployed to measure effective deployment of transformation practices and projects across VFS globally
  • Ability to use Lean Six Sigma, advance analytics and digital transformation to transform the AS-IS scenario and create an effective TO-BE model. This new operating model should have defined timelines and financial objectives
  • Demonstrates an ability to think strategically and identify critical business issues
  • Possesses exceptional analytical skills & experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Possesses a strong entrepreneurial drive and spirit
  • Is energetic, determined, positive, goal-focused and consistent - even under pressure. Builds trust and demonstrates integrity in all circumstances

Desired Candidate Profile


Education: Minimum: Post Graduate or Global Equivalent Degree in any stream


Experience: Over 8 years of work experience in BPO / Travel / Hospitality industry


Knowledge & Key Skills:

  • SIX Sigma Master BB, Lean expert, Exposure to Business Excellence Models etc.
  • PMP / PRINCE 2 / Vendor Management / Project Management certifications
  • Experience with statistical analysis techniques (like: Statistical Distribution, Hypothesis testing, Several types of Control Charts,)
  • Knowledge of RPA technologies, web scraping, database management and associated technologies
  • Should have worked with statistical analysis tool
  • Implementation knowledge on Metrics, SLAs programs and worked on defining and automating Metrics
  • Should have conducted process and Product audits
  • Should have worked in automating Processes Metrics/IQA etc.
  • Should have cross domain knowledge and experience (e.g. HR, IT, Admin, Finance, Operations) in a large set-up spread over a wide geographical area.
  • Exposure to digital transformation, including desktop automation and custom application development
  • Experience in strategic planning & execution
