We are looking for a Quality System Engineer, who will develop and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance to Lenovos Quality strategy, policy, processes and standards. This colleague will also be the primary focal for mfg. site QMS and main interface between WW regulatory & compliance teams and external third-party certified agencies.

In this role you will:

Be responsible for Quality Management System (QMS) set up, ongoing operation and maintenance according to the latest standards
Support each of the mfg. functions development & adherence to QMS standards
Develop and maintain an internal audit program coving all areas of the manufacturing business and supply chain
Lead /conduct Quality Systems audits per defined periods
Analyses and evaluates fundamental business processes and policies through interaction and interviews with the business process owners.
Understands and makes effective use of principles of audit testing and ISO standards to identify process weaknesses, issue corrective action requests and recommend improvements.
Provide training to employees and measure effectiveness of Quality Management System and related key performance indicators (KPIs)
Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business
Promote Quality culture, Continuous Improvement with Error Proofing techniques
Host external Quality System audits

Position Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Quality Engineering, Science or technical field with min. 3 years of experience in manufacturing quality environment focused on System Quality
- Working knowledge of applicable quality standards (ISO 9001& 14001) and quality tools (8D, FMEA, Pareto Analysis & Control Plans)
- Analytical & Problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills
- Internal/external auditor experience
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
- Ability to overcome obstacles and meet deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Self-starter / Self-directed. Capable of working with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English & Hungarian
