Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a roadmap for driving LDT and process improvement for the clients core and enterprise operations
  • Program management: Involving cross-functional teams and multiple project leads for timely delivery of results
  • Lead and Implement any digital solution or Lean Six Sigma leads approach for new / existing clients, work on any other Banking and Capital Markets analytics efficiency / process improvement initiatives that may come up

Skill Set

  • Experience / know-how of Digital technologies in handling and driving innovation, transformation projects along with change management with internal & external partners
  • Quantitative and problem solving ability, ability to conceptualize complex problems and develop a Digital road map
  • Ability to challenge status quo & out of the box thinking
  • Ability to coach & mentor people, effectively influence & motivate others.
  • Delivers oral and written communications that have clarity and impact.
  • Establishes a team environment of accountability and dedication for reaching project goals.
  • Should be open to traveling to multiple client locations up to 3 months duration for short term or 12 months for long term assignments
  • Ability to work in teams with varied strengths and with multiple partners

 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

 

  • MBA / B. Tech/ MCA
  • Solution design, consulting experience or IT domain consulting experience; process consulting experience preferred over business / strategy consulting
  • Proven track record of driving transformation in client operations
  • At least one full lifecycle implementation experience of digital platforms such as Robotics
  • Confirmed client / stakeholder management and project management skills
