Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators):
1.Plan Activity as per Management Guideline
2.Manage overall Digital Initiatives
3.Effective implementation of business practices / Change initiatives
4.Quality cost and timeline
5.Identify design, develop and effective usage of information architecture, business architecture, solution architecture, application architecture
6.To ensure governance and accountability
7.Timely delivery of executive status reports on key projects.
8.Effective delivery of projects ensuring time, cost and quality.
Critical Tasks:
MANDATORY- KRAs and Key Activities
1.Experience of Account Payable/P2P Cycle, Inter Company and Inter Division Accounting
2.Exposure to shared service working
3.Knowledge of Excel, Power point
4.Drive Business Transformations, evaluate upcoming mode of automation and implement it.
5.Identify additional scope for shared services based on changing business requirements and priorities of the Group.
6.Drive improvement with the cooperation of all departments who are impacted by the proposed change, including top level management, mid-level management, and employees.
7.Design systems across applications and consider infrastructure to develop a roadmap that outline how solutions will be structured in the future.
8.Lead the development and deployment of application-specific standards such as user configurations, interface design, globalization/localization, web services, application programming, interfaces, and content/data management.
9.Lead the planning activities to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing initiatives
10.Deliver executive level status reports on key project in the organization
11.Monitor team performance and ensure that SLAs and KPIs are achieved
Educational Background and Work Experience:
- Chartered Accountant or MBA from a premier B-School with relevant experience
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Finance & Accounting services along with leading Transformations
- Strong understanding of leading practices and SAP experience of finance processes
- Experience in business process re-engineering and optimization
