Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Noida / Dubai (Client Site)

Position Overview

Requires to work in Dubai at Client place for a long run project
Project Manager will be accountable for managing development projects for one or more client accounts promoting the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction.
Delivering project as per contractual obligations
End to End project management coordinating with multiple stakeholders
Transforming and growing the business
Developing strong relationships and teams

Must have Skills:

Strong client focus ability to operate at prime customer contact level typically at senior manager level
Should have strong experience in managing Middle East / Dubai Based Clients.(Must Have)
Need a smart, aggressive, proactive folk ready to make things work.
Should have strong technical / software development background to be an active technical project management.Good experience in plan, manage, track, monitor, costing, resource management side.
Demonstrates a breadth and depth of project management expertise
Demonstrable experience of having designed and implemented significant productivity as well as customer satisfaction improvements
Strong development focus - advocate of developing employees, teams and the business
Significant experience of leading and managing teams
Experience in outsourcing bids, from pre-sales to successful implementation
Thorough understanding of customers business and market sector and able to use that knowledge to anticipate how future services offers need to evolve to meet customer requirements
Strong communicator at all levels

Good to have skills:

PMP/Prince2/ITIL/CSM certification
Identity and Access Management experience
